Want to switch back to BT? Just follow a few, easy online steps and you could be connected within 5 days. Non-cable customers just need to ask their service provider for a MAC code before making the switch. If you are a cable customer you just need a BT phone line.
Good news if you need a new BT phone line! BT have reduced their new line connection fee from £130 to 'FREE' when you sign up to any Broadband & Calls package. If you only need a BT line without BT broadband or TV you can still get a one-off discounted rate of £30, reduced from £130. If you have been disconnected for non-payment in the past with BT, the standard connection charge will apply.
