This O2 broadband package would be a great option if you work from home or upload a lot of files. One of the biggest advantages of 'The Works' package is the upload speed increases from the standard speed of up to 1.3Meg to 2.5Meg. A total mess

After I was incorrectly told to get a MAC code (they didn't need it as a new line was being set up), my current provider cancelled my phone service and broadband as they knew I was leaving. O2 said they would be able to set up my service as soon as the cancellation took effect, not seamless as they promised. Once I had no service they said.... read full review


No Probs changing & using O2 broadband

Its been 6 months with O2 broadband. Changed to O2 as they were / are the cheapest when you have O2 mobile account. We're 6 months in and NOTHING to bitch about (is that why no previous reviews posted??) seamless change over.... read full review
