Option 2 is ' Orange broadband and off peak calls' (includes line rental) and Option 3 'Orange broadband and antytime calls' (includes line rental and unlimited anytime calls).

In order to receive the Orange Home Phone Service, you must subscribe to a Home Broadband Package i.e. you cannot get an stand alone Orange phone plan.
