What do I need to do to get Sky Broadband?
To get Sky Broadband, you need to be a Sky TV customer. Joining Sky TV currently costs as little as £18 per month if you sign up online and you can order Sky Broadband as soon as you join. To Join Sky Broadband you will need to have an active BT landline, you do not have to be a BT customer.
Can I get Sky Broadband on its own?
No. To get Sky Broadband you need to join, or have joined, Sky TV. You can also choose to add Sky Talk - Sky's great-value home phone service (although this is optional).
Can I switch from another Broadband provider?
Yes. But you will need to cancel the contract you have with your existing provider first (please note that your existing contract may have a minimum term). To switch, you will also need to ask your existing broadband provider for a MAC code, which will be required when ordering Sky Broadband.
How long will I be without TV service / Broadband / Phone when I switch?
If you are a Virgin Cable customer your services will not be affected. If you are switching from another broadband provider you should only be without broadband service for between 30 minutes and 2 hours on the day of switchover.
