Love em or hate em Tesco are keen on keeping the cost of their phone and broadband packages competitive. The latest price cut has dropped the cost of Tesco broadband to just £2.50 per month for the first 12 months. After this you are free to switch suppliers again, or continue with Tesco Broadband at £6.50 per month. Tesco phone line rental is a shade cheaper than BT at £13.75 per month. BT Charge (£14.60).

Althought Tesco state you can pay for your phone and broadband package with your Clubcard rewards, we found the system a little confusing after the recent updates (14th Feb 2012). What we did find is that the UK call centre are indeed very friendly, but are also confused about the broadband clubcard system.
